Agnes

Agnes

Deutschland 2014/2015, Spielfilm

Inhalt

Initially Walter went to the library to do some research for his new book, but then he makes the acquaintance of peculiar physics student Agnes. Even before they know each other's name, the two are discussing fundamental questions of life and death. Walter is intrigued by her radical stance and cool demeanor, and after spending more time together, the two enter a romantic relationship. When Agnes discovers a collection of short stories that Walter wrote years ago, she suggests an experiment: He ought to write a story about how he sees her. Walter starts to like the idea, and from that moment on, their romance takes place in life and on paper at the same time. At first, the writing process fuels their passion and brings them closer, yet Walter eventually realizes that no good stories stem from happiness.
